What is the typical delivery and installation timeline for a new lift?
For standard residential and commercial MRL gearless elevators with ready civil shafts, manufacturing and delivery take approximately 4 to 6 weeks, followed by 2 to 3 weeks for mechanical erection, electrical commissioning, and safety testing. Custom panoramic glass or heavy freight elevators may take 6 to 8 weeks.
Can an elevator be installed in an existing home without a built-in shaft?
Yes! Nextrise specializes in self-supporting structural steel and panoramic glass shafts that can be erected inside a stairwell cut-out, in an interior atrium, or attached along the external building facade. Our villa lifts require only 200mm pit depth and no rooftop machine room.
What happens if there is a power cut while passengers are inside the elevator?
Every Nextrise elevator is equipped with an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD). When main power fails, the battery-backed system automatically activates within 15 seconds, brings the car smoothly to the nearest landing floor, opens the doors, and allows passengers to exit safely.
How quickly does your team respond to emergency breakdown calls?
Under our Comprehensive AMC contracts, our mobile technical vans in Ghaziabad, Noida, and East Delhi maintain an average emergency rescue response time of under 30 minutes for entrapped passengers and within 2 hours for general corrective servicing.
